We provide domestic, commercial, and industrial trades and properties with peace of mind in knowing that the area in which the removal has taken place is free of any visual asbestos and is safe for re-entry.

The Victorian OH&S regulations (2007) require that the person who commissioned the asbestos removal work on a property is to obtain a visual Clearance Certificate from an independent person before the area where asbestos removal work was being performed is re-occupied.

For non-friable asbestos removals, we can issue an Asbestos Clearance Certificate on-site after a visual inspection is completed by one of our competent Asbestos Consultants.

We are required to check the removal area for any visual asbestos that may still be remaining on any beams, ceilings, floors, cavities or bench tops. If outdoor areas were involved we can check garages, house eaves, garden beds or sheds, and all of the grounds around the area.
